An Example of what Anger Does

An Example of what Anger Does
Ephesians 5:31 says "Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you with all malice." Let's look up and read what each of these words truly mean, I was sure surprised and it spoke to my heart. I hope it speaks to yours as well.
1. Bitterness is anger and disappointment at being treated unfairly; resentment.
2. Wrath is extreme anger
3. Anger is strong feeling of annoyance displeasure or hostility.
4. Clamor is a loud and confused noise, especially that of a person shouting vehemently.
5. Evil speaking is backbiting, slanders
6. Malice is the intention or desire to do evil or ill will.
WOW!! It is powerful when we truely understandd what God is saying about anger. Notice the order one thing leads to another. I mean bitterns if left undealt with leads to wrath and wrath leads to anger and anger leads to clamour which leads to evil speaking and finally to malice. Unconfessed anger, unconfessed sin will only get worse if left unconfessed and forsaken. Watch the video below and see what happens to our hearts when bitterness takes root.
