Adam and Eve

It's your fault...NO it's his fault....NO it's her fault.
Our Froggie Report starts out with the fall of Adam and Eve. Genesis chapter 3:1-24. The serpent, Adam, and Eve all played a roll in this fall. Adam and Eve both new very well from their evening walks with the Lord that He had told them they could have all the trees of the garden except this one tree. But the evil, sneaky serpent deceived Eve and she took of the tree that God had said no to. Noone knows just what kind of fruit was on that tree, but when God says no to something it is NO! The Lord had told them what would happen if they took of that fruit. It would open their eyes to know good and evil Genesis 2:17...but wait do you see it, didn't Adam and Eve already know good, they were in a perfect world, they themselves were perfect. So let's look at what this sneaky, subtil snake was really offering here. He was offering a chance for Eve to know evil. How sad if she would have stopped and thought this through she may not of eaten of the tree and thus we would still be in that perfect world.

Later we see in the verses that follow that Adam partook of the tree also and then God comes and wants to walk in the cool of the day with His friends. In verse 9 of chapter 3 the Lord calls for Adam and says Where are thou?....You mean God didn't know where Adam and Eve was...Yes God knows and sees everything in Proverbs 15:3 "The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good." So God knew exactly what had happened. Adam and Eve where the ones that needed to see where they were and what they had done.
The last thing we see here is that God askes them basically what have you done, but sadly instead of admitting what they did they start the blame game. The woman did it....after all you gave her to me...the woman blames the snake.. and so on. Finally they have to come to the conclusion that they were each responsible for what happens and God meets out the consequences to each one of them.
We each will answer for what we do here on earth. We will each answer to what we did with the gift of Salvation. We are each responsible for our own actions that is why it is always, always, always important to seek out what God says in each situation we find ourselves in. Some find this hard to believe but it is true. The Bible has the answer to everything in our lives. We must seek the truth about each matter and give God time to answer us. His timing is not always our timing and His ways are not our ways...but He is ALWAYS right. Isaiah 55:8-9
